Shipping
We deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes, via Australia Post Parcel Post.
A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to Australian orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping.
Express Post is available for an additional $5.50.
Shipping to New Zealand is available for a flat rate of AUD $35.
When can I expect delivery?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number once your package ships.

Marini SkinSolutions ships to all valid Australian postal addresses.
Returns
If you have received a product in error, or the product is faulty, we will replace it and provide for any postage charges incurred by you.
You can expect to receive your replacement within two weeks of shipping your return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes to ship your replacement product (2 to 4 business days). Unfortunately we are unable to control shipping delays when they occur.

Product returns for an incorrect order must be unused and in good condition.
All returns must be advised within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased from janmariniaustralia.com.au and through our authorised stockists and clinic partners.
We are not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders placed through third party websites such as eBay, Amazon, strawberrynet or other retail platforms.
